People train for different reasons. Enjoy the fitness benefits of the martial arts without the preoccupation with ranking. You will have the option to experience the range of fitness exercises (and even self defense techniques). The arts vary in physical demands, so you will get a range of physical fitness options.
SANSHOU (Chinese Kickboxing) BASE - Mon & Wed @ 7:30-8:30 PM
CAPOEIRA BASE - Fri @ 6:30-7:30 PM
KENPO KARATE and JUDO BASE - SAT @ 10-11 AM
Rhythm & Fitness features a challenging work out through rhythm and dancing set to high-energy national and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! A mixture of Zumba techniques among other high-intensity dance workouts. Instructors set the pace according to the dynamics of the group for a fun, effective and totally exhilarating workout session.
Looking to get your heart rate up, and maybe let off a little steam?ﾠ Come join Coach Tigri and the team at New Wave to kick out those calories.ﾠ We work to create a safe, welcoming, yet challenging environment for students of all skill levels.ﾠ In this program you will learn the essentials of kickboxing without the combat sport aspect.
For those who love running or would like to learn more about running: this club is for you. ﾠThe group will meet once per week or a group run under the supervision of an experienced runner. ﾠThe club is designed to meet the needs of runners across a range of abilities and experiences. ﾠThere will be options to participate in running events.
